by Ngày 26-11, Sở TT&TT tỉnh Bình Dương đã làm việc với ông Ngô Thanh Long (tức youtuber Long Ngo – thường trú Đồng Nai) vì liên quan đến nội dung phát ngôn trong buổi livestream tại buổi giao lưu do bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng, Tổng Giám đốc Công ty CP Đại Nam tổ chức hôm 14-11.

Sau thời gian làm việc, Thanh tra Sở TT&TT tỉnh Bình Dương đã quyết định xử phạt hình chính ông Long 7,5 triệu đồng về hành vi cung cấp thông tin giả mạo, thông tin sai sự thật, xuyên tạc, vu khống, xúc phạm uy tín của cơ quan, tổ chức..
Tại buổi làm việc, ông Long đã thừa nhận hành vi sai phạm và chấp nhận quyết định xử phạt hành chính.
Một diễn biến liên quan, trong buổi sáng làm việc với Long Ngô, rất đông các youtuber cũng có mặt tại địa điểm làm việc. Tuy nhiên, lực lượng chức năng chỉ cho Long Ngô vào làm việc và yêu cầu mọi người giải tán không tụ tập đông người để phòng chống lây lan dịch bệnh COVID-19.
Ông Ngô Thanh Long có tên tài khoản facebook và youtube là Long Ngô, và là khách mời trong buổi livestream tại buổi giao lưu do bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng, Tổng Giám đốc Công ty CP Đại Nam tổ chức ngày 14-11.
Tại buổi giao lưu, người này có phát ngôn nói rằng lực lượng “đánh phá” Nguyễn Phương Hằng có “Báo chí, truyền thông phản động” và “Báo chí của Cộng sản chung với phản động để đánh chị Nguyễn Phương Hằng…”.

Ngay sau khi Long Ngô có phát ngôn gây phản ứng của dư luận, Cục phát thanh, Truyền hình và thông tin điện tử đã có công văn yêu cầu phía Sở TT&TT tỉnh Bình Dương nhanh chóng xác minh, xử lý Long Ngô nếu có vi phạm.
