Điềm báo không lành tại quảng trường Thiên An Môn ở Trung Quốc
Vào sáng ngày 5/9 theo giờ Bắc Kinh, một con thiên nga đen đã “viếng thăm” Quảng trường Thiên An Môn. Vụ việc dẫn đến những bàn luận sôi nổi ở trong và ngoài Trung Quốc, cư dân mạng liền liên tưởng đến sự kiện “Thiên Nga Đen”.
Theo kênh truyền thông nhà nước Nhật báo Bắc Kinh (Beijing Daily), sau lễ thượng cờ ngày hôm đó, một con thiên nga đen bất ngờ đáp xuống quảng trường Thiên An Môn. Thỉnh thoảng nó rỉa lông và thong thả đi dạo trên sân quảng trường, không có ý định bay đi.
Sự xuất hiện của thiên nga đã thu hút đám đông người đến xem và quay phim, trong khi đó các nhân viên công tác “ngay lập tức duy trì trật tự”, “sơ tán du khách vây xem” và liên hệ với các bộ phận liên quan. Vào lúc 8 giờ sáng, thiên nga đen đã được cơ quan bảo vệ động vật bắt đi và đưa đến quận Thuận Nghĩa.
Theo suy đoán, con thiên nga này có thể đã bay đến từ một công viên gần đó.
Sau khi vụ việc được đưa tin, có cư dân mạng Weibo đặt câu hỏi: “Sự kiện Thiên Nga Đen, có điềm cát hung gì chăng?”; “Lẽ nào…”. Rất nhanh sau đó, những bình luận kiểu này đều đã bị ẩn đi.
“Thiên Nga Đen” thường là sự kiện rất khó đoán và bất thường, thường gây ra phản ứng tiêu cực theo dây chuyền trên thị trường và thậm chí có tác động lật đổ. Nó tồn tại trong nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau như thị trường tài chính, kinh doanh, kinh tế và đời sống cá nhân…
Liên quan đến việc thiên nga đen “viếng thăm” Quảng trường Thiên An Môn, trên Twitter cũng xuất hiện các cuộc thảo luận sôi nổi như của cư dân mạng Trung Quốc.
Có người đề cập đến việc, tại cuộc họp Bộ Chính trị Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc ngày 28/1 năm nay, ông Tập Cận Bình đã yêu cầu ngăn chặn sự kiện “Thiên Nga Đen” và “Tê Giác Xám” (“Tê Giác Xám” là một thuật ngữ để miêu tả những rủi ro mà nền kinh tế một quốc gia đã nhận thấy được nhưng thường bị lơ là).
Ngoài ra gần đây, Cục Quản lý Không gian mạng Trung Quốc (CAC) cũng bắt đầu chấn chỉnh các kênh truyền thông cá nhân “vi phạm quy định” khi đăng nội dung về tin tức tài chính, và cấm họ có những phát biểu “làm suy yếu” thị trường tài chính Trung Quốc và nền kinh tế Trung Quốc.
Có bình luận rằng: “Ngay khi thông báo vừa cất lên, thiên nga đen đã đáp xuống Quảng trường Thiên An Môn. Có vẻ như việc kinh tế sụp đổ đột ngột chỉ là chuyện trong vài phút, mà sự bất ổn lớn nhất lại đến từ chính Bắc Kinh – trung tâm chính trị”.
Cũng có người liên tưởng đến việc, vào ngày 2/9 vừa qua, ông Tập vừa công khai xác nhận sẽ thành lập Sở giao dịch chứng khoán Bắc Kinh.
Cư dân mạng nói rằng, “(Thiên nga đen) thật biết chọn thời gian”, “Đúng là mỉa mai”.
Theo kênh tin tức Thời báo Chứng khoán (Securities Times) của Trung Quốc đưa tin vào tối ngày 5/9, Công ty TNHH Sở giao dịch chứng khoán Bắc Kinh đã hoàn thành việc đăng ký công thương và được phê chuẩn thành lập vào ngày 3/9. Số vốn thành lập là 1 tỷ nhân dân tệ và người đại diện theo pháp luật là ông Từ Minh (Xu Ming) – hiện là Chủ tịch Công ty TNHH Hệ thống Chuyển nhượng Cổ phần Doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ Quốc gia (National Equities Exchange And Quotations Co., Ltd.).
