Tân Đại sứ Trung Quốc tại Mỹ bị dân thỉnh nguyện chặn đường, đuổi theo
Ông Tần Cương, tân Đại sứ của Trung Quốc tại Mỹ đã bộc lộ bản chất “chiến lang” khi nói Mỹ “câm miệng” vào ngày 31/8. Tuy nhiên, ông Tần lại tỏ ra yếu thế khi đối mặt với những người dân thỉnh nguyện Trung Quốc chặn đường ông ta. Cư dân mạng đăng video nói rằng, Đại sứ Tần Cương bị họ đuổi theo và chặn đầu xe đến 4 lần nhưng vẫn không chịu lộ diện.
Vào ngày 15/9, Thái Tú Linh (Cai Xiuling), người tự nhận là nạn nhân của nền tư pháp hủ bại ở tỉnh Quảng Đông, đã đăng trên Twitter rằng: Vào ngày 13/9/2021, nạn nhân của nền tư pháp hủ bại ở tỉnh Quảng Đông là Trần Thu Quảng và Thái Tú Linh đã thỉnh nguyện tại tư dinh của Đại sứ Tần Cương (Qin Gang), yêu cầu ông ta thực hiện lời hứa “giải quyết khó khăn, làm việc tốt cho Hoa kiều”, hoàn thành nhiệm vụ của một đại sứ, thực hiện các chỉ thị cao nhất của Chủ tịch Tập Cận Bình về “ý thức cấp bách, sứ mệnh và trách nhiệm” trong công việc kiến nghị. Đại sứ Tần Cương bị chúng tôi đuổi theo và chặn đầu xe đến 4 lần.
Đoạn video đính kèm bài đăng cho thấy, chiếc xe ô tô mang biển số DCY001 của Đại sứ quán Trung Quốc tại Mỹ lái ra ngoài, nhiều người dân kêu oan giơ biển và hô lớn, “Đại sứ Tần Cương gặp dân thỉnh nguyện”. Chiếc xe có người ngồi trong được cho là ông Tần nhanh chóng phóng đi, nhiều người thỉnh nguyện đuổi theo chiếc xe.
Trước đó, một người có tên Lý Phương đã đăng một đoạn video trên Twitter vào ngày 7/9, cho thấy ngay sau khi Đại sứ Tần Cương nhậm chức, dân thỉnh nguyện Bắc Kinh là bà Lý Hoán Quân đã đến Đại sứ quán Washington để treo cổ “tự tử”.
Kênh truyền thông của phái bảo thủ Mỹ National Review đưa tin hôm 10/9 rằng, ông Tần Cương đã được mời tham dự một cuộc họp trên nền tảng Zoom do Ủy ban Quốc gia về Quan hệ Trung Quốc – Mỹ (NCUSCR) tổ chức vào ngày 31/8.
Trong phiên hỏi – đáp diễn ra sau cuộc họp, Giáo sư Đại học Georgetown Evan Medeiros, người từng là Giám đốc các vấn đề về Trung Quốc, Đài Loan và Mông Cổ của Hội đồng An ninh Quốc gia trong chính quyền Tổng thống Barack Obama, đã hỏi ông Tần rằng Mỹ và Trung Quốc có thể thực hiện những biện pháp nào để cải thiện quan hệ song phương.
Ông Tần Cương, người từng là Thứ trưởng Ngoại giao và là phát ngôn viên của Bộ Ngoại giao Trung Quốc, đầu tiên trả lời rằng, Washington nên ngừng làm xấu tình hình để tạo điều kiện cho các cuộc đối thoại; sau đó ông Tần nói một câu rất thô lỗ rằng, “Nếu chúng ta không thể giải quyết những khác biệt của chúng ta, xin mời câm miệng”. Phát ngôn của ông Tần khiến những người tham dự cuộc họp đều bị sốc.
Ông Tần Cương, 55 tuổi, được thăng chức Thứ trưởng Ngoại giao vào năm 2018, chủ yếu phụ trách mảng tin tức và công việc giao thức, đồng thời lên kế hoạch cho các hoạt động ngoại giao của ông Tập Cận Bình.
Một chuyên gia thạo tin cho rằng, ông Tần được ông Tập đánh giá cao vì tố chất “thủ lĩnh sói” của ông ta: “Người gốc Thiên Tân này đã nhiều lần tháp tùng ông Tập công du nước ngoài và trở thành trợ lý thân tín của ông Tập”.
Nhà phân tích độc lập Hoa Ban kết luận rằng, “Ông ấy là một trong những trụ cột của chính sách ngoại giao sói chiến”. Ông Hoa cũng dự đoán rằng, “cuộc chiến dư luận giữa Trung Quốc và Mỹ sẽ ngày càng trở nên gay gắt.
