Khởi tố một Phó Bí thư thường trực huyện ủy tại Đắk Nông
Ông Lê Mai Toản, Phó Bí thư thường trực Huyện ủy Đắk R’lấp (Đắk Nông) bị khởi tố do có liên quan đến vấn đề đền bù, bồi thường, giải phóng mặt bằng tại Khu Công nghiệp Nhân Cơ.
Ngày 20/12, VKSND tỉnh Đắk Nông đã phê chuẩn quyết định khởi tố bị can đối với ông Lê Mai Toản- Phó Bí thư thường trực Huyện ủy Đắk R’lấp, do liên quan đến vụ án vi phạm quy định về bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư khi Nhà nước thu hồi đất tại huyện Đắk R’lấp.
Theo kết quả điều tra ban đầu, trong quá trình lập phương án bồi thường, hỗ trợ đối với các giai đoạn đã xảy ra nhiều vi phạm. Cơ quan Nhà nước đã chi trả tiền bồi thường hỗ trợ cho các hộ dân không đúng quy định với tổng số tiền hơn 8,5 tỷ đồng.
Thời điểm đó, ông Lê Mai Toản đang là Phó Chủ tịch UBND huyện, lãnh đạo Hội đồng bồi thường, hỗ trợ giải phóng mặt bằng và tái định cư huyện Đắk R’lấp.
Trước đó, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Đắk Nông đã khởi tố vụ án vi phạm quy định về bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư khi nhà nước thu hồi đất tại huyện Đắk R’lấp.
Cơ quan Công an đã khởi tố, bắt giam 5 cán bộ huyện Đắk R’lấp, trong đó có Lê Văn A (sinh năm 1972), Chủ tịch Hội Nông dân huyện Đắk R’lấp (nguyên Phó trưởng phòng TN&MT huyện Đắk R’lấp); Nguyễn Ngọc Hiệp (SN 1982), Chủ tịch UBND xã Nhân Cơ (nguyên Phó trưởng phòng Kinh tế – hạ tầng huyện Đắk R’lấp)…
