Taliban bắn chỉ thiên để giải tán người biểu tình
Ngày 7/9, các lực lượng của phong trào Taliban đã nổ súng bắn chỉ thiên để giải tán hàng chục người đang biểu tình ở Kabul để phản đối sự can dự của Pakistan vào các vấn đề của Afghanistan.
Theo một phóng viên của hãng tin AFP (Pháp) có mặt tại hiện trường, khoảng 70 người, chủ yếu là phụ nữ, tập trung bên ngoài Đại sứ quán Pakistan, giơ biểu ngữ và hô khẩu hiệu phản đối cái mà họ gọi là sự can thiệp vào công việc nội bộ của Afghanistan.
Trước đó một ngày, người phát ngôn của lực lượng Taliban, Zabihullah Mujahid đã kêu gọi người dân Afghanistan không tổ chức các cuộc biểu tình. Theo ông Mujahid, Afghanistan vừa mới vượt qua khủng hoảng, do đó lực lượng này kêu gọi tất cả người dân không tổ chức biểu tình trong tình hình hiện tại.
Người phát ngôn của Taliban cũng cho biết chính phủ mới của Afghanistan sẽ sớm được công bố và hiện chỉ còn một số vấn đề về kỹ thuật liên quan đến tiến trình thành lập chính phủ tại quốc gia Tây Nam Á này. Trả lời báo giới, người phát ngôn này kêu gọi các thành viên cũ của các lực lượng Afghanistan hòa nhập với chế độ mới. Cuộc họp báo diễn ra ngay sau khi Taliban tuyên bố giành quyền kiểm soát thung lũng Panjshir – khu vực cuối cùng ở Afghanistan mà Lực lượng Mặt trận kháng chiến quốc gia (NRF) vẫn hoạt động chống lại Taliban trước đó.
Hôm 3/9, người phát ngôn Taliban Suhail Shaheen cho biết đại diện của lực lượng này đã có cuộc tiếp xúc với phía Pakistan để thảo luận về tình hình hiện nay tại Afghanistan. Trên mạng xã hội Twitter, ông Shaeen cho biết phái đoàn do phó lãnh đạo nhánh chính trị của Taliban, Sher M. Abbas Stanikzai, dẫn đầu đã có cuộc gặp với Đại sứ Pakistan tại Qatar. Hai bên đã thảo luận về tình hình hiện nay tại Afghanistan, vấn đề hỗ trợ nhân đạo, quan hệ song phương dựa trên lợi ích chung và tôn trọng lẫn nhau cũng như nỗ lực tái thiết Afghanistan. Hai bên cũng đề cập đến việc dòng người tị nạn di chuyển qua biên giới hai nước, vốn gia tăng kể từ sau khi Taliban giành quyền kiểm soát Kabul.
