Trung Quốc: Tiêm chủng bị dừng khẩn cấp khi dịch bệnh tăng cao ở Hạ Môn, người dân lo vắc-xin ‘bất hoạt’ đã không ‘bất hoạt’ 100%
Ngày 14/9 tình trạng dịch bệnh COVID-19 ở Hạ Môn, Trung Quốc vẫn đang tăng cao, việc tiêm chủng khẩn cấp của thành phố bỗng đột ngột bị tạm dừng, và các quan chức đã không tiết lộ lý do. Điều này đã làm dấy lên suy đoán của công chúng rằng có vấn đề về chất lượng của vắc-xin bất hoạt, trang Epoch Times cho hay.
Như tin đã đưa, ngày 12/9, Hạ Môn chính thức xác nhận 1 trường hợp dương tính với virus Corona mới, đến ngày 14/9 con số đã lên tới 35 trường hợp.
Cư dân mạng Weibo tỏ ra không hài lòng với việc đột ngột dừng tiêm chủng và bày tỏ: “Họ không bao giờ nói rõ lý do”.
Một số cư dân mạng cũng đặt câu hỏi: “Không phải nói rằng vắc-xin có thể ngăn chặn được bệnh nặng sao? Đã thay đổi rồi sao?”.
Cũng có người nói, “Vắc-xin không có tác dụng miễn dịch, vậy dùng nó để làm gì?”.
Một số cư dân mạng thậm chí còn cho rằng việc tiêm phòng ảnh hưởng đến độ chính xác của xét nghiệm axit nucleic.
Bà Trần, một người dân địa phương nói với Epoch Times rằng bà không tin vào vắc-xin và từ chối tiêm vắc-xin, bà bị cao huyết áp và tiểu đường, nên chính quyền địa phương không dám cưỡng chế. “Cộng đồng địa phương còn treo một biểu ngữ nói rằng ‘tiêm chủng đầy đủ không bỏ sót một người nào’. Thực tế, tôi là người đã bị bỏ sót đây”, khẩu hiệu thật không mang tính thực tế.
Bà cũng nói rằng dịch bệnh ở Hạ Môn rất nghiêm trọng và tất cả việc tiêm vắc-xin hiện đã ngừng lại. Bọn họ hẳn là biết điều gì đó. “Mấy ngày nay trên mạng chúng tôi thấy rất nhiều video quay cảnh những người đột ngột ngã xuống đất sau khi tiêm vắc-xin, đều như là bị nhồi máu não, nhồi máu cơ tim, đột quỵ, … Có vẻ tất cả đều là những vấn đề về máu đông”.
Trong đợt dịch Hạ Môn này, hơn hai ngày nay đã có hơn 30 ca dương tính, bà nghi ngờ có liên quan đến việc tiêm vắc xin, nếu vắc-xin không hoàn toàn bất hoạt thì cơ thể sẽ bị nhiễm vi-rút sau khi tiêm vào cơ thể”.
Phóng viên đã gọi điện cho CDC địa phương để hỏi về lý do ngừng tiêm vắc-xin thì bên kia chỉ nhấn mạnh rằng sẽ dừng tạm thời. Phóng viên hỏi mối quan hệ giữa tiêm chủng và dịch bệnh như thế nào, mọi người thảo luận về việc xét nghiệm axit nucleic có ảnh hưởng gì đến việc tiêm chủng hay không thì bên kia không trả lời mà yêu cầu phóng viên gọi điện đến đường dây nóng tư vấn phòng chống dịch.
Phóng viên đã gọi đến đường dây đặc biệt và điện thoại đang bận và không thể kết nối được.
Đây không phải lần đầu tiên Trung Quốc cho dừng đột ngột việc tiêm chủng phòng COVID-19. Trước đó, vào ngày 8 tháng 6 năm nay tại Thâm Quyến và Quảng Châu liên tiếp bùng phát dịch bệnh, khu vực Long Hoa cũng đột ngột thông báo đình chỉ tiêm vắc-xin, việc thông báo nối lại việc tiêm chủng vẫn đang chờ xử lý, cũng đã gây ra cuộc tranh luận công khai.
Vào ngày 5/6 năm nay, Lu Media đưa tin, thành phố Càn Giang, tỉnh Hồ Bắc mới đây đã phát hiện kết quả xét nghiệm axit nucleic của 4 người trở về từ các vùng trọng điểm của dịch bệnh đều dương tính. Tờ báo cho hay, các chuyên gia đánh giá, đó là do “virus bị tràn ra” khi nhân viên y tế tiêm vắc-xin không đúng đã gây ra lây nhiễm.
Đáng chú ý là bài báo đã viết từ “Tràn ra”. Trung Quốc hiện cung cấp vắc-xin bất hoạt. Bản thân vắc-xin có chứa vi-rút, nhưng sau khi xử lý đặc biệt, độc tính giảm đi rất nhiều và không có khả năng sao chép hoặc lây nhiễm.
Đối với bản thân “vắc-xin bất hoạt”, Tiến sĩ Lâm Hiểu Húc, một cựu nhà nghiên cứu vi-rút học tại Viện Nghiên cứu Quân đội Hoa Kỳ, trước đây đã giới thiệu với Epoch Times rằng việc phát hiện xem còn tồn dư vi-rút sống trong vắc-xin hay không cũng là một thách thức lớn. Nếu nó không đạt đến 100% bất hoạt, một số vi-rút còn lại trong vắc-xin sẽ sinh sôi. Do đó, bản thân quá trình này rất khắt khe và đòi hỏi nhiều thủ tục. Nếu không bảo đảm quy trình, tác hại do vắc-xin này gây ra sẽ tương đối lớn”.
Theo các báo cáo, dịch bệnh cũng đã tái bùng phát tại các nước sử dụng vắc-xin Trung Quốc cho các chiến dịch tiêm chủng quốc gia như Chile, Bahrain, UAE.
Trước đó, chuyên gia phòng chống dịch người Đài Loan, Tiến sĩ Hà Mỹ Hương cũng cho biết, quá trình phát triển dựa trên “vắc-xin bất hoạt toàn bộ vi-rút” có hiện tượng ADE (Antibody Dependent Enhancement), tức là sau khi một số người được tiêm vắc-xin, phản ứng miễn dịch của chính họ sẽ khiến bệnh ngày càng trầm trọng hơn. Do đó, các loại vắc-xin như vậy sẽ không được phát triển ở Đài Loan, và các loại vắc-xin như vậy sẽ không được sử dụng để phòng bệnh.
Vào ngày 4/9, theo trang web của Ủy ban Y tế Quốc gia Trung Quốc, nước này đã báo cáo tổng cộng hơn 2,1 tỷ liều vắc-xin đã được tiêm, có nghĩa là 1 tỷ người đã hoàn thành 2 mũi tiêm chủng. Trên tổng số 1,35 tỉ dân của nước này, tỉ lệ tiêm chủng đã đạt tới 74% dân số.
Theo các công bố của cơ quan chuyên môn, với khoảng 60% – 75% người đã tiêm chủng đầy đủ, thì có thể đạt được cái gọi là “miễn dịch cộng đồng” có thể đẩy lùi và kiểm soát được Covid-19.
Điều mâu thuẫn này khiến chính người dân và ngoại giới nghi ngờ.
