Trung Quốc ngày nay: Người giàu di cư, người nghèo vượt biên
Trước tiên, hãy xem tài liệu đầu tiên: Trong số các doanh nhân tư nhân ở Giang Tô và Chiết Giang, hơn 70% đã chọn di cư: gia đình di cư, chuyển tài sản ra nước ngoài. Họ thà ra nước ngoài đầu tư vào siêu thị, cây xăng, nhà hàng hơn là đầu tư xây dựng nhà máy trong nước.

Câu hỏi đầu tiên đáng để chúng ta xem xét là: Trung Quốc có thị trường tiêu thụ khổng lồ với 1,4 tỷ người, tại sao tầng lớp thượng lưu lại tranh nhau di cư? Giới tinh hoa nhà giàu dựa vào đầu tư để di cư, giới tinh hoa trí thức dựa thì vào học thuật,…
Tôi nghĩ dưới đây là 2 nguyên nhân chính:
Tình hình kinh doanh trong nước ngày càng trở nên tồi tệ, giá thành sản xuất tăng vọt, chi phí vận chuyển cao, doanh nghiệp không kiếm ra tiền mà còn thua lỗ;
Các cơ quan liên quan đang mạnh mẽ theo đuổi chính sách “quốc tiến, dân lùi”. Nguồn lực các doanh nghiệp tư nhân được tiếp cận càng ngày càng ít, phần thưởng cho sự chăm chỉ của họ cũng ngày càng ít trong khi họ lại bị quản chế càng ngày nghiêm ngặt.
Ngay cả khi người Trung Quốc phấn đấu để trở thành một người giàu có hàng đầu như Jack Ma (Mã Vân), Mã Hóa Đằng, Vương Kiện Lâm, họ vẫn không có bất kỳ cảm giác an toàn nào. Chỉ một câu nói không hài lòng lãnh đạo của đảng cũng có thể khiến họ không còn gì.
Nếu ngay cả mạng sống cũng không được đảm bảo, người Trung Quốc lẽ nào lại không chọn di cư (chạy trốn)? Những người chạy trước, ví dụ như Lý Gia Thành, Phan Thạch Ngật hiện đều được xem là đã an toàn. Tuy nhiên, vấn đề then chốt ở đây là, bây giờ tầng lớp giàu có, giới tinh anh trí thức đã lựa chọn di cư ra nước ngoài, trong nước chỉ còn lại những người dân đói nghèo với trình độ văn hoá thấp thì Trung Quốc làm sao có thể thực hiện được mục tiêu dân giàu nước mạnh?
Tài liệu thứ hai: Thứ trưởng Bộ Công an Việt Nam cho biết, trong 3 tháng đầu năm 2021, đã phát hiện 1.400 vụ người Trung Quốc vượt biên qua Việt Nam với tổng số 8.000 người.
Ngay từ năm 2015, tôi đã đăng một bài viết dự đoán rằng: theo xu hướng hiện tại của quan hệ Trung Quốc – Mỹ với tình hình đối đầu lưỡng cực, xu hướng chuyển dịch chuỗi cung ứng sản xuất công nghiệp, thì để tồn tại, người dân lao động Trung Quốc buộc phải chạy sang một số nước Đông Nam Á như Việt Nam để làm việc.
Vào thời điểm đó, Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc (ĐCSTQ) tuyên bố rằng “thế giới không thể tách khỏi cơ sở hạ tầng tốt và thị trường tiêu thụ khổng lồ của Trung Quốc, ai rời khỏi Trung Quốc đều sẽ phải chết”.
Tôi bị la mắng dữ dội trên mạng, ai sẽ tin lời nói của một quan sát viên nghiệp dư như tôi? Nhưng đúng như tôi dự đoán, dù Trung Quốc có mua bao nhiêu dầu mỏ, khí đốt của Nga, thì chỉ cần Trung – Mỹ xảy ra cạnh tranh, Nga nhất sẽ định sẽ đâm dao từ sau lưng, điều này chẳng phải đã trở thành sự thực? Mọi người đoán xem điều gì đã xảy ra với tôi? Tôi đã bị “phong sát” trên mọi nền tảng ở Đại Lục.
Sự khác biệt giữa hai siêu cường trên thế giới: Mỹ xây tường ngăn người nhập cư bất hợp pháp, Trung Quốc xây tường ngăn lao động sang nước khác làm thuê!
Vấn đề then chốt là, nếu một quốc gia chỉ còn lại những quan chức xu nịnh, tham nhũng và những người dân có trình độ văn hoá thấp, thì liệu việc trỗi dậy để trở thành cường quốc có trở thành hiện thực? Khi tất cả mọi người đều cảm thấy một nỗi sợ hãi sâu sắc mà họ chưa từng gặp trước đây và thấy không còn hy vọng dù đã làm việc rất chăm chỉ, thì lựa chọn tốt nhất lúc này chính là nắm bắt thời cơ vượt biên hoặc di cư ra nước ngoài.
Tôi rất yêu nước mình – Trung Quốc, nhưng khi một phần tử tri thức hết lòng vì tính mạng của người dân lại bị coi là thế lực thù địch và bị tấn công, bức hại, tôi nên làm thế nào? Tôi nghĩ, cuối cùng tôi chỉ có thể rời đi trong sự lưu luyến sâu sắc, nếu tôi không muốn biến mất một cách bí ẩn hoặc bị bức hại đến chết.
Nhà văn nổi tiếng Mạc Ngôn nói: “Nếu một quốc gia có thể cung cấp cho người dân sự đảm bảo đầy đủ về giáo dục, chăm sóc y tế, lương hưu, v.v. thì mọi người sẽ không đặt tiền lên hàng đầu và theo đuổi nó một cách bất chấp tất cả, quốc gia đó cũng không có nhiều ‘kẻ tranh người đoạt, kẻ lừa người dối’, tình yêu thương sẽ xuất hiện một cách tự nhiên và chỉ số hạnh cũng cao lên rất nhiều”.
Họ (ĐCSTQ) không quan tâm đến người dân, nhưng lại vắt cạn kiệt sức lao động của người dân Trung Quốc bằng những đồng lương rẻ mạt. Những người hô hào “yêu nước”, đa số đều là những quan chức ĐCSTQ, thực ra họ lại là những kẻ chạy trốn (di cư) nhanh nhất. Bởi vì họ có nhiều tiền của nhờ tham nhũng, nên họ có thể ra nước ngoài bất cứ khi nào, còn những người dân nghèo khổ trong nước thì không được như vậy.
Tại sao Nga, Ấn Độ, Việt Nam đều có thể cho mọi người hy vọng? Câu trả lời là: Nga phản tỉnh lịch sử một cách kịp thời và có hệ thống giám sát an toàn thực phẩm hàng đầu thế giới; mặc dù Ấn Độ đang trên đà phát triển nhưng vẫn hướng đến chính sách miễn phí chi phí giáo dục, y tế, dưỡng lão cho người dân; Việt Nam đang trên đà cải cách sâu rộng, thu hút nhiều đầu tư nước ngoài .
Theo tính cách của người Trung Quốc, nếu chỉ vì “thiếu sự quan tâm” thì sẽ không khiến họ lũ lượt chạy trốn như vậy. Vấn đề then chốt là, ĐCSTQ dường như đã cướp đi mọi thứ của họ, từ quyền tự do cơ bản nhất của con người, đến quyền được lên tiếng, khiến họ sống không được, chết không xong. Những thủ đoạn mà chính quyền dùng để vơ vét của cải của người dân đã được “phát huy” đến cùng cực. Đây chính là hiện trạng của Trung Quốc dưới sự cai trị của ĐCSTQ.
Hầu hết các bài viết của tôi đều thất bại trong quá trình xét duyệt tài khoản công chúng. Bởi vì kiên trì lên tiếng nên họ (ĐCSTQ) đã bắt tôi, hiện tôi đang tại ngoại chờ xét xử. Tuy nhiên, nhờ có sự ủng hộ của các bạn (Vision Times), tôi vẫn được lên tiếng dưới sự giám sát và đàn áp nghiêm trọng.
