Hôm nay là ngày thứ hai của cuộc tranh luận chính thức trong phiên điều trần dẫn độ bà Mạnh, vốn đã kéo dài hơn 2 năm rưỡi sau khi bà bị bắt tại sân bay Vancouver và làm rạn nứt mối bang giao giữa Canada và Trung Quốc.
